Milestone TIED: S4.h Production deployment

Demonstrate prototype policy management tools that enable system managers, resource owners, and other stakeholders to define and understand GENI authorization policies. These policies will be presented graphically in terms of high-level objectives and shared cross-framework vocabulary. The policies will then be instantiated as ABAC credentials and used directly by services. Deliverable is a demonstration of the tools at GEC13 and access to the code.
