Milestone TIED: S3.d Strawman GENI API specification

• Building on TIED Spiral 2 milestones S2.d and S2.f, and working with BBN engineers and the CFWG, develop and document a strawman specification for a GENI API that addresses integration and CF-independence issues identified in Spiral 2.

(Deliverable: a strawman specification for GEC10 discussion that is released to the control framework working group mailing list at least two weeks prior to GEC10 ).
