Milestone TIED: S3.a "API modifications design document, patches or modified GENI API reference code"

• Design modifications to GENI API 1.0 to support ABAC authorization credentials, and implement an integration of the BBN GENI API code with the ISI/Sparta ABAC library (current version) using this design. (Deliverables: a short design document describing the API modifications, and patches or a modified version of the GENI API reference code).
