Milestone SECUREUPDATES: S4.b Identify GENI project(s) that are potential users of TUF

Discuss and clear plan for integrating TUF with identified project(s) with the project and the GPO. Integration to be in a test/demo branch (not production branch) of the project unless explicitly agreed to by the project and the GPO.
