Milestone SCAFFOLD: S3.a Demonstration of SCAFFOLD at GEC9

• Demonstration to include LAN deployment, including service router, multiple network routers, and multiple webservers. Web browser (running SCAFFOLD) will failover between multiple webservers as server fails. Also demonstrate active migration of UDP sessions.
• Promote SCAFFOLD: Try to get experimenters interested in GENI
