Milestone ProtoGENI.S2.g: Integration Release 2

GENI Software Integration Release 2. Will formally define Manifest, which will be used to report component "packing list" details, and may be modified to effect changes in the component. Include some level of support in the ProtoGENI Component Manager for producing manifests and accepting modified ones to configure resources (such as loading disk images.) Will add support for multiple aggregates to the ProtoGENI Slice Embedding Service, enabling automatic mapping of experiments across multiple aggregates.
Status: Released a snapshot of the ProtoGENI code on June 14 via our source code repository. The repository is available here: http://users.emulab.net/trac/emulab/wiki/GitRepository .
