Milestone PGTools: S4.a Experimenter outreach

- Tutorial based on Flack for experimenters new to GENI.
- Demonstration of the use of ProtoGENI tools (command line and/or Flack) to set up and run experiments on GENI.
- Flack enhancements such as undo/redo functions, UI improvements such as placement of buttons to better reflect workflow, icons that are self-explanatory, etc.
- Plan for making Flack extensible
