Milestone PGTools: S2.c V1.1 release of experimenter tools

V1.1 release of ProtoGENI experimenter tools

Release includes integration of Slice Embedding Service with resource mapper, allowing use of arbitrary topologies to be instantiated with frontend. Also includes complete client side configuration on ProtoGENI components of popular Emulab features such as tarballs, RPMs, network interface configuration, routing configuration, and user accounts for all project members.

Status: Demonstrated at GEC7.
