Complete a detailed technical plan for integrating robotic nodes into GENI using the ORCA control framework, , for sharing by multiple researchers, including an experiment control portal; the abstraction of components in the robots will be designed to cover microcontrollers, communication, dozens of sensors, actors, power, and attached sensor nodes.
