Milestone OFSTAN: S4.e Integrate new OpenFlow control software

Integrate new OpenFlow control software with other GENI control software as defined in the architecture and software development GENI working group documents published and discussed at each GENI Engineering Conference. (Expected integration areas for Spiral 4 include GENI racks, GENI clearinghouse, federation, authorization, identity, RSPECs and stitching. There will also be a period where GENI rack teams and mesoscale aggregates work together with the GPO to clarify requirements and make sure the selected implementations are designed to interoperate before rack deployments start.) Demonstrate the success of GENI rack integration by participating in ongoing deployment tests and experiments with all Spiral 4 deployed GENI racks. Demonstrate development and integration success in other areas with focused integration demos. (Integration demos may be smaller scale and can use prototype software in select locations, rather than full production GENI campus deployed software.)
