Milestone OFSTAN: S4.a Continue to integrate campus networks with GENI

Continue to integrate campus networks with GENI so that GENI users can request and use campus OpenFlow networks for research. This goal requires ON.Lab to further develop, integrate and support an Aggregate Manager that continues to support the GENI AM API and enables integrated experiments with other mesoscale aggregates (e.g. ProtoGENI and PlanetLab)
