Milestone OFRG: S4.e Demonstrate at least one unique Rutgers University contribution

Demonstrate at least one unique Rutgers contribution to managing, monitoring, or experimenting with the GENI mesoscale infrastructure. Ideally, this demonstration should be conducted for an organization other than GENI (e.g. a regional network meeting, visit to another interested campus, technical conference etc.).
