Milestone OFI2: S2.c Deploy OpenFlow switches to five POPs

Deploy OpenFlow switches to five Internet2 Points of Presence. Deploy controller and Internet2 Aggregate Manager. The exact timing for these deployments will depend on the plan delivered in milestone OFI2: S2.a, at which point the due date for full completion of this milestone should be revised. Deployment schedule should support limited integration testing between at least one OpenFlow site and the Internet2 OpenFlow capable network in May 2010.
