Milestone OFGT: S4.d Document, monitor and support the Georgia Tech aggregates

Work with the other GENI mesoscale campuses and GMOC to document, monitor and support the Georgia Tech aggregates as described in the GENI approved policies (e.g. recommended use, aggregate providers agreement) and GMOC Concept of Operations. Develop and publish campus operational policies and procedures to support the Georgia Tech aggregates as needed on the GENI wiki (e.g. the campus aggregate information pages currently located at ​http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GeniAggregate). Review and provide feedback on proposed new GENI policies and procedures at GECs
