Milestone MAX: S2.b NetFPGA as a GENI Resource Plan -

Develop a plan to enable the NetFPGA systems to be generally available as part of a GENI slice/sliver and topology provisioning. This will include a review of the work by ProtoGeni and others on the development of NetFPGA virtualization technologies.
