Milestone LAMP: S2.j GENI measurement data schema demonstration

Work with at least one GENI measurement project to have that measurement project output it's measurement data using the perfSONAR project's schema proposal. The perfSonar project will provide libraries, etc. needed to make this happen. This will be demonstrated at GEC8.
