Milestone IMF: S2.f Integrate the IMF and UMF with BEN

Integrate the IMF and UMF(provided by the ERM project) with devices in BEN that include performance monitoring capabilities, and demonstrate gathering measurements from these devices. (3/16/10, GEC7)
