Milestone ERM: S2.d Integrate UMF with BEN

Contribute to the Cluster D effort by integrating the UMF subsystem with the Cluster D network substrate. This will be done by physically migrating the developed hardware and software resources to the BEN infrastructure at RENCI. [8/31/10 (12 months).]
