Milestone DSL: S2.b Plan for DSL/FB applications on ProtoGENI

Document describing design and operation of the system running on ProtoGENI. Document should include expected ProtoGENI resource usage (computing, network, storage), availability targets for the application and approach to meeting them, instrumentation plans and privacy plans.
