Milestone DIGOBREG: S2.c Complete Clearinghouse impl. & federate w/ ProtoGENI

Complete development of the GENI Federated Clearinghouse (GFC) and federate with ProtoGENI clearinghouse. The GFC would be made available to ProtoGENI and other clusters to search and discover the federated information.

Status: We finished automating the process of federating records from the ProtoGENI clearinghouse. That automated process is presently configured to run once every week. The status of the process will be tracked by this URL:http://hdl.handle.net/10510.3.0/ProtoGENI-Federation-Status. Our approach to automation and the challenges we faced were discussed in the previous quarterly report. The federated clearinghouse is available at ​http://geni.doregistry.org/GFC/, which also has a pointer to the federation status link.
