Milestone ABAC: S2.a

A requirements analysis, focusing on the current security implementation of ProtoGENI, including its control framework and any other technologies within the ProtoGENI cluster. The requirements analysis will include a section on the goals of ABAC prototyping through the remainder of year 1.
