Version 1 of the slice-info extension
Provide information within the manifest about the slice - for use with reporting to the GMOC.
To be added to manifests
geni_slice_info is meant to extend the rspec element.
- urn -- GENI slice URN
- uuid -- GENI slice UUID
- state -- (optional) state of the slice
