bare metal fails to boot for EG-EXP-4 experiment 2

Description
When running EG-EXP-4 experiment2 which includes:
- 2 VM at RENCI
- 1 VM at BBN
- 1 Bare Metal at BBN
The sliver is created without problem and the VM are available, but the bare metal does not seem to boot.
Attaching the Request RSpec and the Manifest Rspec for this scenario.

Re-ran this RSpec three times and each attempt worked and bare metal was ready each time. This is no longer an issue. Closing ticket.
