Unable to login to University of Houston switches

I am not able to login to either switches in the Houston rack.
=> Management switch G8052: In previous confirmation tests, I had been able to login in to the 8052 switch with my radius password. Currently I am not being prompted for radius password:
[lnevers@uh-hn ~]$ ssh lnevers@uh-8264.uh.xo Enter radius password: Connection closed by 192.168.106.4 [lnevers@uh-hn ~]$ ssh uh-8052.uh.xo Enter password: Received disconnect from 192.168.106.2: 11: Logged out.
=> Data plane switch G8264: I am being prompted for radius password, but get disconnected after password is entered:
[lnevers@uh-hn ~]$ ssh lnevers@uh-8264.uh.xo Enter radius password: Connection closed by 192.168.106.4 [lnevers@uh-hn ~]$
