SSH login to bbn-8052 from bbn-hn is broken for GPO site admins

I can't login to bbn-8052 from bbn-hn right now: 

bbn-hn,[~],18:20(255)$ ssh chaos@bbn-8052
Enter radius password: 
Received disconnect from 192.168.103.2: 11: Logged out.

Login to bbn-8264 works fine.

User jbs also can't login to bbn-8052.

Please investigate.

Chaos, please try logging into bbb-8052. I changed the radius configuration to account for removal of the public IP address, which it was using for its NAS-IP-Address upon request.
