Description
InstaGENI operators (either individually or as a list address) should subscribe to response-team@geni.net to receive notifications about GENI infrastructure outages, and as a way to be reached by non-InstaGENI GENI operators.
The mailman page for subscription is http://lists.geni.net/mailman/listinfo/response-team.

Rob, any chance that a filter on instageni-ops@flux.utah.edu ate the Mailman confirmation message?
Alternatively, we can just administratively subscribe instageni-ops@flux.utah.edu to the list, if that's the address you'd like to subscribe. (Sometimes people prefer to subscribe individual addresses, so we didn't want to presume; we don't care either way.)

I didn't hear any objections, and it sounded like that would suit Rob, so i went ahead and administratively subscribed instageni-ops@flux.utah.edu. Let us know if that's not what you wanted, and we'll reopen this.
Tried to subscribe instageni-ops@flux.utah.edu to the list, but so far have not received the confirmation from mailman
