tar xvfz Downloads/gcf-2.3.3.tar.gz 
sudo mv gcf-2.3.3 /usr/local/bin/
cd /usr/local/bin/
sudo ln -s gcf-2.3.3 gcf

Packages needed for GCF

sudo apt-get install python-m2crypto python-dateutil  python-openssl libxmlsec1 xmlsec1 libxmlsec1-openssl libxmlsec1-dev
