The GENI Clearinghouse software is available at https://github.com/GENI-NSF/geni-chl. Software releases, including RPMs and changes, can be found under the "Releases" tab. Detailed installation instructions can be found in the file INSTALL-centos.md. Software updates are installed via RPM using yum.

Configuration Management

The GENI Clearinghouse host runs CentOS 7. Packages are updated periodically as part of software updates. Privileged host accounts are created and managed by the University of Kentucky staff.

The current clearinghouse version can be determined by the get_version call to the MemberAuthority or the SliceAuthority services. Information about how to invoke these calls can be found in the Omni documentation available at https://github.com/GENI-NSF/geni-tools. The clearinghouse version corresponds to one of the releases found on the geni-ch GitHub repository (see above).
