    3030The quickest way to start using INSTOOLS is to create a slice with [http://protogeni.net/flack.html FLACK]. Once the slice is created, press the "Instrumentize" button. When that is complete, press the "Go To Portal" button. This will take you to the INSTOOLS [wiki:SlicePortal Portal] page where you can visualize your slice's measurements.
