    3 ORCA is a software framework and open-source platform for managing shared resource in a Breakable Experimental Network (BEN). An ORCABEN software release is available within the GIR3.2 time frame.  Received and email about the release [https://geni-orca.renci.org/trac/wiki/releases/Camano-3.1 Camano 3.1] and that software would available around GEC12.  Waiting on anouncement.
