Conference Registration and Logistics

All sessions will be held on the ASU campus.
Registration
To register: https://www.regonline.com/gec24
Registration Fee: $200 ($230 after February 21st 11:59PM MST)
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are fully refundable until 7 days prior to the conference.
Lunch will be provided. Breakfast is provided for hotel guests from 6:30 to 9:00am in the GEC-24 hotel (see hotel section).
A reception will accompany the demo night event.

Travel Grants
A limited number of travel grants are available for persons wishing to attend the GEC. The purpose of the grants is to increase the educational, ethnic and geographic diversity of conference attendees and to create opportunities for informal social networking between participants from a wide range of universities and companies. Any applicant affiliated with a U.S institution, including students at U.S schools, is eligible.
Application deadline: February 4th but applications will continue to be accepted after that date while funds are available.
Notifications: Those applying by the deadline will be notified by February 10th.
GENI Regional Workshop
A GENI Regional Workshop will precede GEC24 on Monday March 7th. If you are interested in hands-on tutorials, you must
register separately for the regional workshop. More information about it and registration can be found in the
GRW webpage.
Airport and transportation information
The nearest airport to the conference is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) (
airport website).
The hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service from/to PHX on request. Please coordinate with the hotel prior
to your arrival.
