| 26 | Jack Brassil received the B.S. degree from the Polytechnic Institute of New York |

| 29 | Dr. Brassil has been with Hewlett-Packard Laboratories since 1999. |

| 31 | Prior to that he managed a research team in Palo Alto, CA, investigating |
| 32 | internet streaming media, content distribution architectures, and |
| 33 | communication networks and protocols. |
| 34 | Before joining HP he held multiple research positions at Bell Laboratories |
| 35 | in Murray Hill and Holmdel, NJ. Dr. Brassil is an IEEE Fellow, |
| 36 | a member of the IEEE Communications Society, a member of the ACM, |
| 37 | and a member of ACM SIGCOMM. |
