Agenda / Details
This session includes updates on current engineering and integration activities with GENI racks at campuses and regional networks. Brief updates on GMOC and OpenFlow activities since the last GEC will be followed by an informal functional requirements discussion/brainstorming session for GENI operators, network engineers, and developers working on GENI network monitoring, reporting, and management.
Agenda:

Eldar Urumbaev
GENI Meta Operations Center
2) OpenFlow and Plastic Slices updates and advice.
Josh Smift
GENI Project Office
3) Functional requirements for GENI investigation, reporting, and alerting.
This is an interactive design discussion. The goal of the discussion is to clarify requirements by discussing data sources and desired outputs for three roughly-defined operations use cases. Chaos Golubitsky will briefly summarize some background and use case information to help start the discussion.
Pre-Requisites
Participants in the functional requirements session should be directly involved in GENI monitoring or operations. This is an *interactive* discussion, so please participate if you are in the room!
