Laptop with a recent version of [http://www.virtualbox.org/ Virtual Box]. 

A GENI Experimenter Portal account.

Start with creating a very simple experiment using Flack (Session 1) and end with learning to instrument experiments using GIMI & GEMINI (Session 3)
Build on concepts learnt in previous tutorials.
By end of Day 1, attendees should feel comfortable running experiments and instrumenting them.  Experimenters should feel comfortable creating slices, reserving resources and using rspecs.
