The bus schedule for the evening demo session is as follows

 Monday, July 9th
 3:30 p.m.- 2 large coaches will transfer guest from the Westin Copley Place Hotel to MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (The Stata Center), drop off
 5:00 p.m. - 3 large coaches will transfer guest from Westin Copley Place Hotel to MIT Computer and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (The Stata Center), drop off
 5:15 p.m. - (Last Drop Off) 2 large coaches will transfer guest from Westin Copley Place Hotel to MIT Computer and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (The Stata Center), drop off

 7:30 p.m.- 2 large coaches pick up from MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (The Stata Center) to Westin Copley Place Hotel
 7:45 p.m. - 2 large coaches pick up from MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (The Stata Center) to Westin Copley Place Hotel
 8:15 p.m. - (Last Return) 1 large coaches pick up from MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (The Stata Center) to Westin Copley Place Hotel
