Description

Purchase all the equipment needed for deployment in the Spiral 2 production-ready environment (or finalize a schedule for doing so, if multiple phases of purchasing are necessary).

We are currently at one HP openflow switch.  We are planning to purchase 
2-3 more switches in the next couple of weeks.  One will be another HP 
switch and we might buy two Quanta switches based on whether we get 
necessary contact/buying information from Stanford.  (We just spoke to 
the Stanford folks regarding this today.)

Are you planning to buy any additional equipment in Spiral 2, or will that complete your purchasing through GEC 9?

We are planning to be at 6 switches by GEC8, so this is one half of   
the expansion.  The plan is to do this in the next couple of weeks and   
to procure the remaining switches just before GEC8.

Sounds good; I'll go ahead and close this ticket, and make the milestone as completed.
