Description
We got your demo request via email. You asked for screen and poster space. However, we would appreciate if you could submit a demo request by following the template below and we can go ahead and arrange for it. (We would need an exact estimate of the other equipments and AC connections you are using, which a template like below can help).
Thanks, GPO
Template of info to include in your demo request ticket:
- Brief demo description (A few sentences suitable for a GEC7 attendee information page)
- List of equipment that will need AC connections (e.g. laptop, switch hardware prototype, monitor). (Just put in the number of connections needed if your demo description already lists the equipment)
- Number of wired network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)
- Number of wireless network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)
- Projector (y/n) Monitor (y/n, specify VGA or DVI) (Bring your own projectors if feasible)
- Number of posters
- Number of static addresses needed (if any)
- Description of any special requests (e.g. VLANS to NLR or I2 backbone)

If you would like to upload your demo slides/images/poster or any other relevant document then please go to http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GEC7Demos and attach your files. This would be helpful for our records as well as for people who could not attend the conference.
Once we have them, we plan to release a GEC7 Demo Summary document containing all the information about your demo.
Thanks, GPO
