Document what security services will be included in GMOC Spiral 1 data sharing design and prototype.

Although ticket #107 discusses security architecture options, it is not clear what security services are included in the GMOC Spiral 1 data sharing design. The GMOC documents are being revised, according to the Q2 quarterly report, and this information should either show up in those documents on on a GMOC Wiki page explaining how the framework will include security servcies, and what those services will be in order for this milestone to be finished.

A document was produced by GENI Security & GMOC projects to describe the early strategy for integration of GMOC and GENI Security processes. The strategy at this point will be to:

--assume data shared with GMOC now is public, or public within the GENI community --incorporate any security AAA architecture developed by GENI Security into the interface used to preset/share GMOC data --long-term, work with GENI Security to include security-related information into operational dataset sharing formats, as needed.
