In the GetVersion response from ION, the urn reported is: urn:publicid:IDN++ionpl
That should be: urn:publicid:IDN+ion.internet2.edu+authority+cm

ION AM needs to apply the attached sfa-2.0-9-patch-6.diff.
There is no good way in SFA to correctly map hrn into urn. This has to be hardcoded for ION for now.
