Milestone WiMAX: S2.h Demo experiments with multiple testbeds

Work with the ORBIT project, to develop experiments that test federation and mobility functions, including experiments that utilize multiple testbeds, do end-to-end validation testing, document, and demo at a GEC. (7/20/10, GEC8)
