Milestone SPP: S2.a geniwrapper

Continue development of component interface software. Implement GENI-wrapper on SPP-PLC to allow SPP users to setup slices through the GENI management framework, and to allow the SPP aggregate to be integrated into a larger management hierarchy. 3/31/10
