Report on experiences with implementing and using OnTimeMeasure on ProtoGENI

Document will include validation experiences and a study of integration points with PlanetLab as well as other GENI control frameworks comprising of multiple aggregates.

Status: Three wiki documents posted: (1) Study of integration points with PLab, (2) Integration points with Instrumentation Tools and (3) Experiences with ProtoGENI.
