Milestone IGENI: S2.d Demo VLAN connections between GENI aggregates

Implement and demonstrate the setup of L2 (VLAN) connections between aggregates in Clusters D and E, via coordinated setups that include several sets of GENI resources within other networks, e.g., iGENI, C-Wave, Internet 2, NLR, BEN and/or CENIC networks, and/or the aggregates themselves.
