Milestone GpENI: S3.f GEC11 demo and outreach

- Capabilities to be demonstrated include current status of GpENI sub-aggregates, status of NSF GENI resilience experiments, and OpenFlow subject to feasibility and availability from Ciena, Stanford, and GpENI.S3.d.
- Accept experimenter credentials from all four GENI clearinghouse, subject to their availability and operational status.
- Publication via wiki and demonstration of GpENI courseware -- laboratory experiment developed for KU EECS 780 Communication Networks
- Continue outreach to find more experimenters and educators who might be interested in using GpENI resources for research/education via GpENI wiki.
- Development of GpENI tutorial proposed for offering at GEC11
