Milestone GpENI: S2.g deploy DCN in GpENI -

Deploy DCN within GpENI, based on GPN, GPO and Internet2 feedback to the above-mentioned report. 03/31/10

Milestone due date change from 3/31/10 to 9/30/10 approved by Henry Yeh on 4/14/10.

Status: Enabled control of KU Netgear switch via DCN. Configured and tested the DCN creation within GpENI using both DRAGON command line interface and OSCARS web interface. Demonstrated the DCN within GpENI at GEC8.
