Analyze the five control framework clusters being funded for GENI Spiral 1, to understand how the Handle System and/or a Digital Object Registry could be utilized to realize the principal, slice and/or component registries necessary to build a GENI clearinghouse, and define a plan to meet a registry need in one (or more) of these control frameworks for Spiral 1.
