Milestone DIGOBREG: S2.a Host a Digital Object Repository service

Host a Digital Object Repository service for the various clusters to use in managing their experimental resources including test cases, logs, results, software packages, toolsets, etc. Specifically, the Repository service may be adapted to clusters’ specific requirements, as requested and as resources permit.
