Milestone CRON: S3.a Demonstration and outreach at GEC9

• Demonstration of a GENI experiment that uses CRON resources.
• Promote use of CRON by GENI experimenters.

Status: Demonstrated federation of the CRON testbed with the GPO Lab ProtoGENI testbed. Also demonstrated the use of OnTimeMeasure to instrument the CRON testbed.
