Milestone ABAC: S3.c Demonstration and Outreach at GEC10

• Capabilities to be demonstrated include standalone use of the latest ABAC trust negotiation implementation and libraries with the control framework selected for integration. This initial demonstration will not yet be integrated into the main release of the selected control framework. We will present, either at the demonstration session or during the control framework break-out meeting, status on our current progress.
