The actual compute resources for the sliver at the aggregate had been deleted.  A new sliver under the same GENI slice cannot be created until the old sliver is explicitly deleted.\r\n\r\nOnce the sliver expires_ it should not need to be explicitly deleted in order to create the sliver again.,task,new,major,,AM,SPIRAL4,,,,
